As a passionate grill chef, it's my deepest joy to share where my venture began along with why it became a career choice. My name is Duane Hinkle born and raised in the city of Indianapolis, IN where I am a proud father of 4 beautiful girls and my adult son, Devin Hinkle. Growing up in the rural areas of the city inspired my drive to give back to my community not only through my food but my heart as a frequent volunteer. The culture represented in my food is a mix between Southern and western. My appreciation for the western theme comes from my childhood that I've carried on to my passion on the grill.
